Hello! My name is Roy Juers, and I live in
Woodbridge, VA with the love
of my life, my fiancée and business partner
Stephanie Sterling.
I
work with her at home, as an Independent Distributor with a Pennsylvania-based
Gourmet Candle Company. I started with our company in
July 2007, whereas she's been with the company for over 5 years.
I made the decision to join
Stephanie in the candle business, after seeing both the success potential
with our company, and realizing that nothing creates true freedom in your
personal life and working life as good as that provided by the network
marketing industry! I quickly noticed the freedom her business gave,
in terms of both time freedom, and financial freedom. She was able to
come & go as she wanted, and do whatever she wanted, without worrying about
money or punching a time clock.
That was really intriguing to me, because I had always worked & worked &
worked, and never experienced that kind of freedom in my life. I was
always either on the clock, worried about the clock, or juggling 3 clocks at
once!
A lot of men and women
dream of having their spouse or partner to work with in their home business.
I used to wonder, "why
would a man want to do a Candle Business?"
As
trainers, coaches, and mentors to a team of several thousand distributors
across the USA and Canada, we're committed to helping each member achieve their own
definition of success. I'm also focused on coaching and mentoring those that
express the desire to build their own organization of new leaders, to reach the
top ranking positions within our company and team.
I'm
passionate about helping others who have a sincere interest in starting their
own
home based
business to make a choice that's right for them, respecting their own
unique background, available time, and their talents, goals and vision.
Together we develop a solid, realistic plan of action, and provide the
training and resources they need
to succeed.

through the use of an online marketing system, along with a personal website,
and networking in online
communities
In
December 2006, I left a 16-year career working with the federal government as a
IT Specialist and Tax Analyst to start my own
home based business. That's when
I began my journey of personal and professional growth in Network Marketing, or
Direct Sales.
When I was first introduced to network marketing, I immediately fell in love
with the industry and how average, everyday people that had a dream, desire,
and a willingness to commit, could go to work to become successful entrepreneurs
and home business owners.
In
the past year, I've met many remarkable people, who've overcome obstacles and challenges like my own, and have transformed their lives
by their own dedication to help other people be successful. Each person,
with their
own unique background and story, strengthens the commitment I have to the
Network Marketing industry.

Tribute To "Hometown Heroes"
Candle Business At Home and our parent company would like to
announce a new program to help recognize the "Hometown
Heroes" who are serving in the US Armed Forces all
over the world.
Each month, our company draws the name of a family
with a loved one serving overseas in the U.S. Armed Forces.
We then send
that family a gourmet Hot
Apple Pie Candle, "Made In
The USA",
to burn for
"luck" and "safekeeping" of that family
member.
We want to give something to the families whose loved ones are
out there
protecting our shores, so we can live in the land of
freedom & opportunity!
